Portuguese KTM driver received at a party on arrival at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve

About three hundred ‘bikers’ received this Wednesday the Portuguese driver Miguel Oliveira (KTM) at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve (AIA), in Portimão, stage between Friday and Sunday of the MotoGP Grand Prix of Portugal.

The natural rider from Almada arrived around 17: 00 to the Algarve circuit, where he was greeted with a honk, huge tags with support phrases and colored smoke launched by hundreds of motorcyclists from various ‘biker’ clubs in the country.

Miguel Oliveira stopped his vehicle with the supporters, positioned alongside to the roundabout at the main access to the circuit, to thank the support and encouragement for the race of the third round of the MotoGP World Championship, which will take place on Sunday and will not be attended by the public.

Then, the KTM driver, who won the Portuguese stage in 2020, he stopped, already inside the control zone at the entrance of the AIA, leaving the vehicle and waving to the hundreds of fans who followed him on foot for a few meters.

Portuguese driver is one of the favorites to win in the third round of the World Championship, after the full reached in November 2020 at the opening of the race in the Algarve.
