These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Paragon Netology LLC (“Paragon,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any content, functionality, products, and services offered through the website (the “Site”). If we cancel an order after your payment method has been authorized or charged, we will issue a refund or credit in the amount charged for the canceled portion using the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

7. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices shown on the Site are in the stated currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties, or other fees unless expressly stated.

By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount of your order, including all applicable taxes and fees.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments. We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party processors, banks, or card issuers, though we will reasonably cooperate in resolving payment issues.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, operational issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise stated, risk of loss and title to the products pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from address errors or issues under the carrier’s control.

If a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, storage fees, and any applicable restocking fees, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, replacements, and cancellations are subject to our posted Return or Refund Policy, if any, as in effect at the time of your order.

Where no separate policy is posted, returns or cancellations may be accepted only to the extent required by applicable law or as expressly approved by us in writing. Products that are used, damaged, modified, not in original condition, missing parts, or otherwise ineligible under our policy may be refused or subject to deductions.

Any time frames for returns or cancellations stated in a posted policy will be strictly applied.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content in our discretion.

17. Limitation of Liability

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent preempted by federal law. Nevada law specifically provides that, in consumer form contracts with Nevada consumers, choice-of-law and forum clauses requiring another state’s law or an out-of-state forum are void, reinforcing the use of Nevada law and a Nevada forum for consumer contracts involving Nevada residents.

To the extent any dispute is permitted to be brought in court, you and Paragon agree that the exclusive venue shall be the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

20. Time Limit to Bring Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Site, any products or services, or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action accrues. If not filed within that period, the claim is permanently barred.

21. Privacy

Your use of the Site may involve the collection and use of personal information. Our practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nevada’s privacy laws require certain website operators that collect covered information from Nevada residents to provide specified disclosures and a designated address where Nevada consumers can submit requests not to sell their covered information, if such sales occur. 22. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, internet or utility failures, pandemics, epidemics, governmental actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

23. No Waiver

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
