At the initiative of Vodafone Hungary, the Women in Technology Hungary Association is launched by co-founding Lenovo Hungary and BOOKR Kids, which aims to bring together women working in the field of technology. By establishing the association, the service provider wants to create a common knowledge-sharing and networking platform that, on the one hand, generates dialogue between the members of the organization and, on the other hand, provides inspiration, mentoring and professional help for the future female generation. The Women in Technology Hungary Association is in line with Vodafone’s global goal of 2025 become the best place to work for women. At the same time, there is currently no program or organization in Hungary specifically to strengthen the role of women in technology – this is what the Women in Technology Hungary Association, set up at the initiative of Vodafone Hungary, intends to fill.
