Tarsier Studios focuses on new IPs after Little Nightmares. This is evident from a financial report from Embracer Group.

The Swedish studio was taken over at the end of last year by Embracer Group, owner of Saber Interactive, Koch Media and THQ Nordic, among others. With that, it no longer has access to Bandai Namco’s Little Nightmares IP.

On IGN says Bandai Namco is open to more games in the horror franchise. “We don’t have anything to announce right now, but since we’ve received so much love from fans around the world, we feel the energy to create more content in the future.

Recently Little Nightmares 2 was released for consoles and PC.
