Developer Cloud Imperium Games announced in an update on the game’s official website . Star Citizen has now raised $ 351,026,475 million.

Revenues come from over three million different players. The ambitious project has been in development since 2012, but no release date has yet been set. Star Citizen raised the record amount through crowdfunding and from multiple investors. The game is currently in alpha.

In 2020 added new missions, vehicles, spaceships, menu enhancements, camera updates and world enhancements.
