The family of among the Reading terror attack victims have actually commemorated him, stating”he never hurt anyone in his life”

In a declaration launched by authorities, the moms and dads of David Wails stated: “David was a kind and much loved son, brother and uncle, who never hurt anyone in his life.”

Mr Wails and his good friends James Furlong and Joe Ritchie-Bennett were eliminated in the town centre on Saturday night.

The 3 men were in Forbury Gardens at the time of the attack.

The declaration from Mr Wails’s moms and dads added: “We are broken-hearted at losing him and in such an awful method.
