Ratchet & Clank: Rift will be released for PlayStation 5 on June 11. Sony announced this today via a post on the PlayStation Blog.

It was previously known that the PS5-exclusive Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart was due to be released in the first half of 2021, but a specific date was still missing. In addition to the release date, other details have also been announced. For example, the PlayStation Blog shows which bonuses are offered for the standard and Digital Deluxe editions of the game. This latest version includes more armor sets, a sticker pack for the photo mode and digital versions of the artbook and soundtrack. Bonuses are also included with pre-orders.

New artwork from Ratchet, Clank and the new Lombax was also shown. This art is also used for the box art of the PS5 game.

The game, like the previous installments in the long-running platform series, is being developed by Insomniac Games, also known for Marvel’s Spider-Man. On PlayStation 2 and 3, various parts of the series appeared around the friendly Lombax and his robot friend who visit various planets.
