One of the few occasions in which physical violence was used instead of Pokémon combat in Pokémon
Surely the terms “physical violence” and “Pokémon” do not appear together often. However, we have recently been reminded of an episode in the franchise where force was effectively used to confront evil.
This is one of the episodes of Pokémon Generations , a popular animated miniseries of 18 shorts with scenes from the entire Pokémon series. One of the chapters has now been highlighted because in it we can see one of the few times in which physical violence is used to confront opponents.
Although in most episodes and video games everything focuses on Pokémon battles, in this episode in question we see how Iris tries to face Team Plasma and shortly after receives the help of the gym leaders of Unova. Junco , the Ice-type leader of Pokémon Black and White, decides to skip Pokémon battles and punch and kick its recruits organization.
In this way, this action of Junco is placed as one of the few times in which physical force is used instead of Pokémon battles. Here you can check it:
What do you think? Did you remember this episode? Do not hesitate to leave it in the comments.
