A man has actually passed away and two others were rescued from the water after a boat sunk off the coast at Fleetwood, authorities state.

Lancashire Authorities stated emergency situation services were called soon prior to 8am on Sunday after the vessel, thought to be a decommissioned fishing boat, entered trouble about a mile off the coast.

Two men, one aged 70 and the other,71, were rescued from the water however a 3rd man went down with the boat and his body was later on recuperated from the water by the RNLI.
