Curtis Blaydes mores than happy with his efficiency in spite of fans’ criticism.
” I understand who I am now. I’m a heel. You do not like what I do [in the Octagon], I like to make you mad,” Blaydes informed the media at his post- battle scrum. “I like towin That’s most likely the highlight about this win is that I anticipated this, and I did it [for] 25 minutes. Didn’t look the best, however I’m alright with having a gritty win like that. I understand a great deal of fans didn’t like it. I’m alright with that. That makes me pleased.”
Blaydes was particularly shocked by Dana White’s remarks relating to Blaydes’ location near the top of the division, mentioning that Blaydes requires to stay active while Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier have their trilogy bout in August. When provided with the concern of his next bout,
“Stay busy against who?” Blaydes asked. “I have actually battled Justin Wilis, ranked below me. I have actually battled [Shamil] Abdurakhimov, ranked below me. I have actually battled Junior [dos Santos], ranked below me. I have actually battled Volkov, ranked below me. Like no, I do not understand male. This is most likely not the best time to address this concern, so I’ll leave that alone.”
Curtis Blaydes feels the win is a knowing experience.
Blaydes enhanced to 14 -2 with the triumph. While disappointed that he quit a late takedown, he acknowledges that each bout constantly has space for improvement as he anticipates the future challenges ahead of him.
