The work of Ányos Jedlik, the first Hungarian-language university physics textbook, has been uploaded to the Internet.

Another 450,000 pages of documents and publications kept in the János Frecskay Special Library of the National Office of Intellectual Property (SZTNH) have been digitized. According to the SZTNH’s announcement, the digitization and publication of the office’s documents on the Hungaricana Public Collection Portal is ongoing.

As is well known, at the beginning of the year, ten thousand pages of intellectual property and official history publications became available, and the digitization of the current 450 thousand pages of documents and publications means more than three thousand searchable documents.

Thanks to the current digitization, the numbers of original trademarks, product labels, Central Trademark Bulletins can be accessed, and even company names can be searched with the help of text search. Descriptions of patents granted twenty years after the agency’s inception can also be found: Siemens, for example, has access to more than a thousand technical solutions, including those related to tram transport.
