The Saudi Minister of Health, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, commented on a tweet on an awareness-raising video for taking vaccines, saying: “We spent a year in the pandemic, and this is our plan towards normal life. Take the step and start your journey, for your safety is the most important, take the vaccine.”

The video was published as part of the national campaign under the slogan “Take the Step” to urge community members, citizens and residents, on the importance of taking the Corona vaccine and to encourage the initiative to register for the vaccine.

The campaign includes many Awareness products that confirm the necessity of adherence to the precautionary measures, and registration through the “My Health” application to take the vaccine through the vaccination centers set up by the Ministry of Health in various regions of Saudi Arabia. The campaign also focuses on defining the effective role of the vaccine in protecting a person from infection with the Coronavirus.

This initiative comes as a continuation of the awareness campaign against Coronavirus (Covid 19), which the Ministry launched since the virus began spreading under the title (Prevention From Corona).

The campaign aims to educate all members of society of all segments and groups of the dangers of Coronavirus, and guide them to proper educational behaviors that will contribute to preventing it, and limiting its spread in order to preserve the health and safety of all members of society.
