Rhea Chakraborty has been at the centre of a huge media trial ever since the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. The actress was his partner from 2019-2020 for almost a year. Now, the NCB has put forth an application before the Bombay High Court asking them to cancel the bail of Rhea Chakraborty. As we know, she has surrendered her passport to the agency and cannot travel abroad. Today, there is news that they have asked for cancellation of bail plea of Showik Chakraborty too. Her brother’s name came up in the drug chats that came to the fore during the ED’s investigation in the matter.
Now, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde has said that his client has nothing to fear about. The hearing will happen at the Bombay High Court on March 18. The NCB has submitted documents that go into 12,000 pages into the whole matter. In the mean time, Rhea Chakraborty is missing from the trailer and promos of Chehre. The producer, Anand Pandit did not comment on her.
