German coach increased the power of the 6.5 liter V12 block of the Ferrari convertible

The German coach Novitec revealed a new interpretation of the Ferrari 812 GTS, even more powerful than the original model.

As usual, the preparer offers a series of changes at the aesthetic level, which can reveal a more or less pleasant image, but it is at the mechanical level that the new 812 GTS presents more interesting changes.

Novitec’s Ferrari 812 GTS version has an aspirated 6.5-liter V12 block that delivers 840 hp of power, 40 hp more than the original version from Maranello’s house, and a torque that went from 718 Nm to 751 Nm.

According to the German trainer , these figures allow this modified Ferrari 812 GTS to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 345 km / h, compared to 340 km / h of the ‘original’ version

In the German preparer’s pack, we also highlight a new high-performance exhaust system, which helps the engine to deliver more power.

Novitec offers several exhaust systems, including an Inconel that is also used for exhaust systems of single-seater Formula 1 cars, and which saves up to 11 kg in weight compared to the system

In addition to the increase in power, Novitec also it offers a hydraulic system to raise the front axle up to 4 cm, in order to allow this Ferrari 812 GTS to easily climb some garage ramps, among other situations.

Novitec’s sport suspensions have reduced the ground height of this Ferrari model by 35 millimeters.

Vossen’s special wheels, developed specifically for this version, are of 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear axle.

As far as the body is concerned, Novitec has endowed this interpretation of the Ferrari 812 GTS with several carbon components, case of rear-view mirrors and side air vents behind the front wheel arches.

As for the interior, the German preparer says that it can be customized in leather and Alcantara according to customer preferences.
