The post caused a furor at first, but shortly after it was found that the “renewed” image came from the fan-made trailer that gave another aspect to these remakes.

However, the reason why the information has recently gone viral is because from the Instagram account it seems that it has been add more information to the rumor, related in this case to alleged Mega Evolutions , and there are even comments that criticize other known Pokémon insiders such as Kelios. As you can imagine, fans have been quick to criticize the misinformation posture shown from this Instagram account.
