“I am so proud to have been chosen to announce MAC Cosmetics efforts because MAC Viva Glam has a special place in my heart,” Cyrus stated. “I was Viva Glam ambassador in 2015 and had the opportunity of volunteering at LGBTQ LA, which is one of the mac viva glam grantees that will be getting this funding.”
Cyrus added that the Viva Glam charitable effort is made possible by people supporting the MAC neighborhood and acquiring a VIVA Glam lipstick. She revealed that 100 percent of the earnings from those purchases would go towards the local organizations.
The singer told her fans that they might get included by acquiring any existing shade of the current Viva Glam lipstick. Or, fans have the alternative of sending out a virtual kiss to those on the front lines through Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #vivaglam.
