Mel C has actually exposed the Spice Girls are “nervous” about making new music.

Mel partnered with bandmates Emma Bunton, Mel B, and Geri Horner when again for a trip of the U.K. and Ireland last summer season, and legions of fans hoped the reunion indicated new Spice Girls tunes were on the horizon.

Nevertheless, in a chat with Home entertainment Tonight, Mel rushed fans’ hopes by confessing they are constantly mindful that any new product needs to measure up to hits such as Wannabe, Enliven Your Life, and Stop.

“(It’s) something we’ve discussed,” Mel stated. “(But) we have such an incredible back catalogue and people love our music; we don’t want to produce anything that’s not of the standard of our other work… We talk about it tentatively and we’re like, ‘You know what? We’re not gonna force the issue on that one.’ We’d rather it happen organically.”

While Victoria Beckham remained the reunion trip, the four-piece still taken pleasure in substantial success with their return shows, with the sell-out locations triggering rumours of a trek additional afield.

And regarding whether she can see the Spice Girls making it to America anytime soon, Mel responded: “I hope so, I actually do. We talk all the time, we talk about what we ‘d like to do, any alternatives that we have. We would like to do more shows, we actually would.

” Undoubtedly, (this year) has actually gone nuts and nobody understands what’s gon na occur with shows, in the meantime. Personally for me, speaking on my own behalf, I would like to do Spice Girls shows in the U.S., in South America, in Southeast Asia, and get into Australia. All those locations we never ever got to, along with the U.S., due to the fact that I like to be there.”
