Hashihime of the Old Book Town is coming to Nintendo Switch this year

Here comes the confirmation of a new indie title for Nintendo Switch. This has been announced just a few minutes ago by its developers.

According to what was shared, Hashihime of the Old Book Town is coming to the hybrid console this year. For now we do not have a more specific release date for this visual novel, so we will be attentive to more details.

Meanwhile, you can find the premise and the trailer for this indie title below:

Tamamori arrived in Tokyo with his sights set on being accepted into the Imperial University. Yet he fails the entrance exam, is so undisciplined, and so wrapped up in endless fantasies that he is kicked out of his pension after just two years. After a stroke of luck, Tamamori begins living and working in Umebachidou, a second-hand bookstore. There he enjoys spending time as a “student preparing for entrance exams” and takes advantage of friends who are also from his hometown. But one after another, mysterious deaths fall on those friends and, realizing that he has been repeating the same three rainy days over and over again, Tamamori ends up running all over Jinbochou to save them.

In this pop-occult mystery surrounding the death of his friends … What is real and what is a hallucination?

What do you think?
