Global Economy Forecast To Grow 2.5% This Year

Among innovative markets, growth is predicted to slow to 1.4percent annually, but emerging market and developing economies are expecting to determine growth of 4.1 percent.

The outlooks contain:

East Asia and Pacific: The area is estimated to determine a growth of 5.7percent this season with China projected to increase 4.9%.

Europe and Central Asia: Economic expansion is likely in 2.6percent this year with 3 percent increase in Turkey and 1.6% increase in Russia.

Latin America and the Caribbean: Economic expansion is expected to be 1.8percent this past year. Brazil is forecast to see growth of 2 percent, and Mexico is expected to see growth of 1.2percent

Middle East and North Africa: Regional economic development of 2.4percent is expected this year on greater investment and more powerful business environments.

South Asia: Economic growth for this year is expected in 5.5 percent.

Sub-Saharan Africa: Regional growth is forecast to pick up to 2.9percent this year.
