Ellie Goulding is looking forward to see if lockdown has changed her songwriting process.

The 33- year-old vocalist just recently returned to London after investing the last couple of months in Oxfordshire with her partner Caspar Jopling, who is studying there, and she’s interested to learn if having to compose with another person neighboring has changed her process at all.

Speaking to OK! publication, she stated: “We discovered a method to make it work. I worked upstairs and he remained in theoffice I have actually been doing great deals of strolling and running too.

” I believe I’m naturally more of a singular individual so I like to be on my own when I compose. I’m looking forward to seeing if this lockdown has changed the manner in which I compose.”

Ellie has simply launched her brand-new album, ‘Brightest Blue’, and discussed the title is motivated by her belief she can “flourish in the sadder times”.

She stated: “Blue is rather a happy colour considering it’s related to being depressed and down in the dumps.

The record is the vocalist’s first in 5 years and she confessed she didn’t feel “mentally geared up” to make an album because time.

” So I waited till I was effectively prepared and mentally geared up.
