Ellie Goulding blames her own jealousy and “chaotic” character for the failure of a string of prominent love in her 20 s.
The 33- year-old British vocalist dated War Horse star Jeremy Irvine and McFly rocker Dougie Poynter – and was even connected to British royal Prince Harry – prior to calming down and weding art dealership Caspar Jopling in 2015.
In a brand-new interview with Glamour U.K. publication, the Army hitmaker shared that thinks she was too “frenzied” to discover enduring love – which her jealousy messed up relationships.
“I wrote a song about jealousy the other night because I was a jealous, chaotic, frenzied person in my 20s,” she described. “I didn’t understand who I was. I went directly from university to being on trip, so I had no chance to settle into a regular and comprehend my practices and my character …
