Digi Communications NV informed its investors and the market on March 29, 2021 that its Romanian subsidiary and 4iG Plc. Had entered into a preliminary, non-binding agreement with DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Kft. . (DIGI Kft.) And its subsidiaries Invitel Zrt. And I TV Zrt.

The parties intend to complete the acquisition by September 2021, following the due diligence of DIGI Kft. And its subsidiaries, the signing of the final sales contract and the necessary official procedures.
