On Sunday, March 7 the 26 Critics Choice Awards were held. Just like Golden Globe and Emmy, the nominees appeared remotely while host Taye Diggs and presenters were shooting in LA. Talking about the winners’ in the film category, late star Chadwick Boseman was honoured with the Best Actor award for his performance in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom while Carey Mulligan lifted the Best Actress trophy for Promising Young Woman. In the TV category, The Crown bagged the top honours including best drama series, actor and actress.
