Comedian Jay Pharoah has actually declared he was the victim of racial profiling by police and was just recently stopped at gunpoint and handcuffed, with one officer kneeling on his neck.

An LAPD spokesperson stated: “The person in the Instagram post was detained as a possible suspect of a crime. It was determined to be the wrong suspect and he was let go. The incident is being investigated.”
