Charlie Puth has unreleased track with Zayn Malik sitting on his hard drive

The ‘The length of time’ hitmaker took to Twitter to expose he came across the recording on his computer and teased his 3.1 million followers that the former One Instructions star’s vocals sound unbelievable on the track.

He tweeted: “Discover my old hard drive … discovered an old song I made with Zayn that never ever came out … however damn his voice!!! There’s like 100 singing layers in here!! (sic)”

Nevertheless, he didn’t divulge whether the song will ever see the light of day.

Back in 2016, Charlie stated he would enjoy to work with the 27- year-old star and Little Mix, Zayn’s ex-fiancee Perrie Edwards’ band.

Asked who his dream partners would be, he stated: “Perhaps Little Mix, I’m going to have a look at their things. Stevie Marvel stated he wished to do something with me, I ‘d enjoy to take him up on that provide.

” I ‘d work with Zayn, anyone. I believe the R&B, stylistically we might fit together. It would be truly cool.”

On why the ‘Pillowtalk’ vocalist – who launched his debut solo album ‘Mind of Mine’ in March 2016, and followed it up with ‘Icarus Falls’ in 2018 – was at the top of his list, he described: “I am a big fan ofZayn I would enjoy to – I believe he’s a wonderful songwriter and he’s simply an excellent person.

” I enjoy people who are materializingmusic Any person who’s materializing music and putting their heart into it. I can see where he’s originating from for a great deal of these tunes. I’m a big fan. I simply enjoy the sonics of whatever he’s doing too.”
Zayn’s last release was the 2019 single ‘Flames’ with R3hab and DJ Jungleboi, whilst he included on United States vocalist Sabrina Claudio’s track ‘Rumors’.

Charlie, on the other hand, dropped ‘Sweetheart’, his first solo song of 2020, last month.

Prior to that, the 28- year-old pop star collaborated with Lennon Stella on the hit ‘Summer season Sensations’ from the ‘SCOOB!’ soundtrack.
